Pickled Poutine is back in the routine here at your local Schnitzel Bomber. We've also got a new Ketogenic melt I'm calling "Power Kraut" that is loaded with probiotic goodness. Ham, turkey, spinach, sour kraut and bacon with Havarti torched over the top. The request lines have been lighting up for us to bring back the Pork Schnitzel Hot Brown. A chart toppin' pork schnitzel with roasted turkey, ham, fresh tomatoes & bacon; all covered up with our Gruyere cheese sauce $14 We've also got a few monster Rueben sandwiches and we can hook up Ketogenic versions of each of these specials for those who aren't down with the gluten.

Beef Rouladen...sandwich? Yep, we went there. A few twist on an old school classic, we've rolled this beef up with caramelized onion, pickled peppers, cream cheese and bacon. Slow cooked, sliced thin and thrown onto a buttered pretzel bun & topped with fried onion petals. Keto version available also. Served with chipotle fondue cheese fries $15

Your local Schnitzel Bombers stopped in last Friday to support public radio at KDLL's Picklefest & took home the most awesome trophy ever. People had some really creative uses for pickles in their dishes (the egg rolls and pickled peanut butter brownie were awesome), this was tons if fun and hope to see everyone next year!
